Located in the state of West Bengal, GJPL is set up close to the source of the raw material. Our mills are sprawled over 400 acres, and more than 3000 workers are employed in the mills. Ganges Group has a combined capacity to roll out 500 metric ton of jute products per day. Currently, GJPL is manufacturing 60,000 bags per day with provision for up to 1,00,000 pcs per day with the current capacity.
The process of product conversion from raw material to the finished product includes weaving, dyeing, laminating, cutting, printing, embroidery, and stitching. This whole process is carried out under a single roof of 1 million sq. ft. shed area.

Anges Bags has a world-wide reputation for the finest crafted environment friendly hand bags. All production takes place under one roof so that quality can be maintained and monitored. We are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accredited.
Factory Floor
We have increased the overall factory size by 100% giving us the largest production capacity, with more room to grow further.
Cutting
We have doubled our cutting capacity in line with the rest of the site. In order to ensure safety and efficiency, we administer the use of metal gloves and safety fabric saws.
Fabric Storage

Digital Printer
Specialised printer efficiently automates the fabrics cutting plans, allowing us to minimise wastage, whilst printing traceability details onto each batch.
Rotary Printer
Printing Table
As the trend for design-led bags grows, we have expanded our screen printing table capacity, allowing us to cope with more colours, and greater demand.
Butterfly Printer
Automated screen printing, for upto 8 colours, allows for even more complex, multi-colour designs to be printed alongside our regular print methods.
Drying System
To ensure a great quality print, it's important the panels are dried and cured thoroughly.Once pased through the dryer they are then air dried, before stitching
Additional Sewing Station
We've installed more of the highest quality modern sewing machine stations.As each bag is still stitched individually bh hand, this is key in increasing our capacity
